Sorry that it took such a while to get to this but I have today made some
improvements to the Loudness War article -

Be aware that on Wikipedia, for perspective and balance, we prefer to use
secondary and tertiary sources. Information directly from the original
researchers is sometimes acceptable if published independently with
editorial control or peer review. For these reasons I have not attempted to
address the request for citation of peak levels or tried to expand
information on streaming loudness.
