[MLA] Our Change.org petition

Dear Bob,
I’m not convinced about the petition idea, but I surely don’t think we should reference a shameless self-promotion site such as Wikipedia on the serious issue of preserving cultural heritage. Let’s at least rely on academic references and R128, which is more mature than the new AES rec.
If we end up agreeing to the concept and to the wording, where do you see the message going next? Remember, this is not for us but for a serious cause.
