Yes, yes and yes. I'm glad we don't have this in The Netherlands...

It is open so anything can happen. But at least there is the option for artists to ask for support - indeed like a tip, but since it is anonymous I hope it works slightly different.

I know it yes. The problem is that you want this button clearly visible in the interface you use to play the music. The threshold to pay should be as low as possible.
