[MLA] Tidal

Nice work spreading the word. First impulse would be to proudly tell the
Tidal customer about this improvement. But it is hard to expect listeners
to see quieter playback as an improvement because, all else being equal,
louder sounds better. If I were Tidal I would not mess with existing users'
settings. If NORM-L were used, this wouldn't be a serious issue.

Incidentally, the Google Play store has a "What's new" section for each
app. Most developers publish a bulleted list describing recent changes. The
information there for the Spotify app always says, "We're always making
changes and improvements to Spotify. To make sure you don't miss a thing,
just keep your Updates turned on."
