Yes, I was proposing an amateur build the site. Security would be
accomplished by a good backup that we can quickly restore from. If no one
thinks this is a workable idea, I'm happy to move on. Despite potential
bugaboos in the fine print, my second choice would be something like Weebly
or Squarespace. My understanding is these are a bit more than a
Wordpress instance.
