Buddy told me that the ingest algorithm was broken in a certain period, measuring wrong peak levels (please do not share this info further - for MLA eyes only). Therefore, according to him, the clipping of tracks only appears on some albums. I have an album that I know will clip and will send that info to Buddy. If you know of albums that clip on iTunes, please let me know and I will send them to Buddy too.

Yes. And btw because of that, album normalization should be on the loudest track and not on the average of the whole album. 
But in general, there is a limit to this because with EBU PLOUD we introduced the relative gate to tackle exactly this problem. And that works pretty well. But still, you could insert one big scream at the end of a relatively soft track. But this will be a weird gimmick that not many bands will use. Maybe it's fun too. I am all in for creativity...

The subjects test was finished only two weeks before the AES. I had to work like mad to make a report to Tidal and a good presentation for AES. My road map is:
1. Apply for a paper at AES New York. Perhaps a JAES article.
2. Write a short report with the most important findings, ask Tidal for permission to share that publically. Send it to all the Streaming Services. 
3. Discuss with Bob Katz' TC to add the outcome to TD1004.
4. Write the AES paper.

During the process we need proper discussion, like Thomas said, and maybe perform some extra tests.

Once we are beyond stage 2 I would love to be guest in your podcast...
