[MLA] Fwd: Information about loudness normalization

Dear Eelco:

Apple has been reporting 1770 loudness in afinfo for more than a year. 
Ever since Eric Allamanche came on board from Fraunhofer. He told me 
it's a precursor of possible things to come, but no promises!

sc is of course "sound check". I don't know what aa means!
