Just to let you all know, though my network, last month I was able to find
the team leaders responsible for Amazon's streaming music service.

The word there is that their service is not currently normalized but they
recognise the need for normalization and have a development plan for doing
so.

It was pretty clear that they weren't interested in sharing much more than
that but I did send them copies of our NORM-L whitepaper and Eelco's Tidal
paper and encouraged them to do something better than simple track
normalization to a target of their own choosing.

I'm still looking for the right people at Google. People at Google are
notorious for ignoring email.
