Greetings MLA group and Daniel,
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">I hope you all are well.<br class="">
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">This question is way out of our wheel house, but
throughout my career producers have asked me to do 1
second-long tracks on a CD.</div>
<div class="">I’ve told them it is impossible because it is out
of the Redbook specification of 4 second minimum track length.</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">Then for the first time I saw a previously
released, commercially manufactured CD that DID have many
silent tracks in a row that were 1 second long!</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">After much investigating it might have been made
at Masterdisk using the old “PQ Junior” Penguin software from
Ralph Kessler and Daniel Weiss.</div>
<div class="">I don’t know how even <u class="">that</u> would
have worked… yet, I’m looking at them counting up ever second
as I write this!</div>
<div class=""><br class="">
</div>
<div class="">Thanks if anyone has any ideas how to create these
1 second tracks as I’m being asked to do what was done before
again!</div>
