[MLA] Apple seems to have turned Soundcheck ON by default...

Hi, Eelco. I just opened Apple Music in Big Sur (OS 11.5) on my iMac and 
Soundcheck is not turned on. I've never run Apple music anyway... not 
since several Mac OS versions, probably going back to when it was 
iTunes, so I would have expected Sound Check to be turned on, but it is 
not.

This is not a "new device".
