With Spotify I always need more clarification, since Spotify's practice 
has been to upwardly normalize for streaming. In this case with a "first 
pass pre-normalizing to their loudest target" I want to ensure that for 
quiet material they are leaving it alone. And not peak limiting. And 
please explain how this deals with not-clipping the codec. There's more 
unsaid in this description than said.
