[MLA] Loudness War in New York Times

Thank you Mr. Katz, 
but you added far more to the context of the article by your very perceptive critique of Chinoy’s graphics
(The editor from the Times (Sahil Chinoy) made his own software program for measuring these things, why bother with the BS-1770 specification?)
I guess it makes the point well enough.
