I've had this problem all along and continue to have it. Robin has not been
able to reproduce this problem and, until your report here, no one else was
having the problem.

I have attempted to work around this by adding direct hypertext links to
the paper. I have also added a link to Eelco's paper while I was added.

There are three deficiencies with this workaround that I need help from
Robin or someone else smarter with Wordpress than I:

   1. Text on the page is centered. I had this problem on the About page
   and I beleive Ian was able to fix it.
   2. We still have the non-working thumbnail of the paper. I don't know
   where this comes from or how to edit it.
   3. Links are still subtly styled, only gaining an underline when you
   mouse over them,
