[MLA] MLA web site

The email we're talking about is initial contact from strangers. Further
communication would happen through other email addresses. The email address
we use to forward these initial contacts will not be visible to people who
contact us. I, or whomever ends up receiving these, will not reply directly
to people who contact us, we will delete spam and forward legit messages to
our email reflector. I don't expect we would get frequent initial contacts
so don't expect a big workload here. I have a similar contact page on my
own website and I get a few contacts a month and most are spammy.
Let's concentrate on getting minimal acceptable content on the new site so
we can turn it on. We can add pictures and other fun stuff as a second
pass. Now that we have the keys, is there someone who wants to volunteer to
be webmaster?
