[MLA] Robin and our new site....

Dear Robin: Lovely!  Eelco would have to tell you if there is any more 
urgency than your proposed timeline. Thank you for being so 
professional. I can't believe I found you on Facebook  :-).

Our primary goal is to present paper(s). So easy access to the PDFs and 
an online reader and download are the main goal of the site.

Home page can present any updates or news.

A "contact us" would be helpful. We've been using Florian's email 
address   Florian Camerer <florian.camerer at orf.at> but of course it has 
to be disguised to protect from robots. An "I am not a robot" capcha or 
a real capcha would be helpful also in that respect.

Another section for press releases

Anything else you can think of?
