[MLA] MLA web site

We can probably recover our lost content from Wayback but that will require
manual copy-paste. Maybe Eelco's students can do this for us. Wayback only
captures HTML and Wordpress stores in a different format.

First step here is to get an empty Wordpress instance set up somewhere and
have a security and maintenance plan for it.

I have also been using Wordpress for my crusty website (www.avanw.com) and
have not yet been hacked. My web host (hostmonster) automatically keeps
things up to date for me. Maybe I've just been lucky.
