I guess it will be blurred a little in the beginning. But it is very predictable what happens. If you just make sure the important tracks are the loudest on the album, you will know exactly what will happen. And if you do not wish them to be the loudest: just measure the difference in loudness with the loudest track on the album and you will still know exactly what will happen. 

It will take some time to get adjusted to, but once you understand the principle, it is very clear.
