[MLA] I have a go from TIDAL

Dear all,

I just got a confirmation from TIDAL that I may make the recommendation document public. With just two small changes: TIDAL should be in all caps. And I had to change "all 4.2 million albums" to "4.2 million albums", since in the mean time the catalog has grown.

Please find the final version attached. I will start publishing it tomorrow.
