[MLA] A remarkably-featured free loudness meter

Hi Bob,

Good stuff - it looks as if he’s improved the meter quite a bit since I last looked at it. I actually used to have a good relationship with Vojtech, and would recommended his plugins to readers of my site, but I’ve stopped ever since he “borrowed" the idea for my own Perception plugin and used it for his own product :-/

Even without this personal perspective, I still prefer the YouLean and Tonebooster meters at free/affordable end of the spectrum, myself.
