How does Eelco's post connect to Clinton v. Trump?

Modern intellectual property conflicts are often a Goliath v. Goliath
situation. The little guy is not going to have a say in these shenanigans
but that doesn't mean they get unconditionally screwed over. The parasite
rarely kills its host.
