[MLA] Google and the copyright of creators

The electoral college is arguably a feature, not a bug. Both parties
understand this system and seem to enjoy gaming it. In any case, it is a
relatively minor deviation from ideal democracy when you understand that
only 53% of eligible voters cast a ballot.
