Hi everyone, especially Bob Katz, author of iTunes Music !!
This is a little off topic, but we get so little response from Apple about anything, I did get some answers to a question I have been asking them for a while (as my clients kept asking me!)
My question was:
How different do the versions of two songs need to be in order to NOT trigger the iTunes “complete my album” feature?
Time, title, etc.?
Hi Bob
Some initial thoughts.
Make the time more than 3 secs difference.
Give the song a different ISRC.
Make the title and version different.
Those differences *should* prevent a CMA.

Hi Buddy,
I hope all is well with you. Everything is still busy here and Adam just won another Latin Grammy for Album of the Year last night in Las Vegas!
I’m re-sending a question to you I sent you in October:

I truly think it should be part of your MFiT white paper.
Thanks Buddy,
All my best,
Bob Ludwig
